  11. AFTER YOU LEFT is a screen saver where some "residents" in your
  12. computer will start their party AFTER YOU LEFT... They will find 
  13. out all kinds of food you have left since ...Don't forget to setup your own
  14. background sound in its setup screen - a FREE sound package, soundbk.zip, is available
  15. in Mark's home page: http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/mark_qian
  16. You can also get it from WINAV, WUGNET, and WINGAM in Compuserver.
  17. It also inlcudes some COOL utility 
  18. functions such as MessagePad (which allows your visitors leave
  19. you Text, Voice, Picture, and even Movie), Task Scheduler
  20. (which allows you launch executable files at the time you specify),
  21. and a cuckoo clock which sing at each hour.

  39. A COOL shareware, Savervisor is included. Savervisor is a Screen
  40. Saver and Wall Paper Manager. It provides a lot of VERY COOL 
  41. functions:

  43.   - It appears as an icon that allows you launch a screen saver
  44.     instantly by a single click of RIGHT mouse button.
  45.  
  46.  - It can be run in a INVISIBLE mode. With this great feature,
  47.     you can just put it into Windows Startup group in Program 
  48.     Manager and forget it: It will take care all the management 
  49.     tasks while you never realize it is working for you!

  51.   - It allows you specify the sensitive areas where you can click
  52.     the RIGHT mouse button to launch a saver instantly.

  54.   - It provide saver (and wallpaper) scheduling capability.  That is, 
  55.     it allows you specify what saver(wallpaper) to be activate at a 
  56.     specified hour through a week.  It also allows you switch savers 
  57.     (wallpaper)through all the savers(BMP files) in your Windows 
  58.     directory and specify switchng period.

  64. different registration.  That is, you have to register each of
  65. them separately. Registration of any of them will NOT cover the
  66. other.

  73. A). What will be installed by setup.exe?

  75.  The SETUP.EXE will copy five files into your windows directory:

  77.  ayl.scr  -- The main executable file of the saver;
  78.  ayl.txt  -- Documentation file;

  82.  If Savervisor is included, the setup.exe will also

  85.    saver.exe  -- Executable file for Savervisor;
  86.    saver.txt  -- Documentation file for Savervisor;

  100. C). How to install?

  102.  "Step By Step" instructions for installation:

  104.     1).VBRUN300.DLL(if you don't have one in your system);
  105.       
  106.       You can download VBRUN300.dll from following place:
  107.  
  108.         In compuserve, GO WINAV and search its library for
  109.         file named vbrun3.zip
  110.  
  111.         In WWW, http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/mark_qian

  113.         In Internet, ftp://ftp.coast.net/SimTel/win3/dll

  115.         In America Online, Go to software library and search for
  116.         file named vbrun300.exe.

  118.         After downloading and unziping it, you need to move it
  119.         into Windows system directry, c:\windows\system.

  121.   2). Copy ayl.zip into a temporary directory, say c:\tmp;
  122.   3). Unzip ayl.zip within c:\tmp using pkunzip.exe;
  123.   4). Run c:\tmp\setup.exe from File Manager(double click at the
  124. icon of
  125.       c:\tmp\setup.exe);
  126.   5). If this package includes a utility, Savervisor, you will be
  127. asked to
  128.       key in the directory where Savervisor will be installed.
  129. You need to
  130.       either key in you own directory or use the default one. If
  131. the 
  132.       package does not include Savervisor, you will not see the
  133. dialog.
  134.   6). The setup program will then ask you choose from one of
  135. following
  136.          a). Run the saver now;
  137.          b). Setup the saver now;
  138.          c). Exit to Windows now;
  139.        You need to choose one of them.
  140.     Note: if you choose (click at) the first choice, "Run the
  141. saver now",
  142.           please don't move or click your mouse after click at
  143. the choice.
  144.           Otherwise, you will disable the saver right after you
  145. enable it.

  147.   If you like setup or test the saver that you have installed,
  148. please open
  149.   the Desktop of Windows Control Panel, select the saver from
  150. Screen Saver
  151.   section, and test or setup the saver.

  157. This program is a shareware.  You are welcome to distribute this package
  158. (ayl.zip) by any means: copy it to your friends, upload it to your
  159. favorite BBSs or On-line systems, collect it into CD-ROMs, and so on.  
  160. However, it is NOT a freeware. You can use(evaluate) it up to 30 
  161. times. You then have to register(pay fee to its author) if you still 
  162. want to use it after that.
